Privacy policy
What we collect
- Order details: your MT5 account number, email address, chosen plan and payment reference.
- Licence checks: once an hour the software sends your MT5 account number, broker server name and software version. The server also sees your IP address.
What we don't collect
We never receive your MetaTrader password, trading history or balance, and we have no access to your funds.
Why
To activate and verify your licence, send receipts and renewal reminders, prevent licence sharing and answer support questions.
Who processes it
Payments are handled by NOWPayments under their own privacy policy. Our licence server and website run on Cloudflare. We do not sell your data or use advertising trackers.
How long
Licence data is kept while your licence is active and up to 24 months after it ends, unless the law requires longer (for example for accounting).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing support@getdexterbyte.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
